Younique 3D Fiber Lashes Mascara Set Review + GIVEAWAY!

Younique 3D Fiber Lashes Mascara Before and After

Today on the blog I am reviewing Younique’s 3D Fiber Lashes Mascara set. My infatuation with the mascara started around Christmas time, when I saw a girl on Google+ post a “Before and After” shot of her lashes wearing the mascara. I was beyond intrigued however after doing some research, I couldn’t find anyone that was selling the mascara in my area. Fast forward a few months later, I found out my friend started selling it and she was nice enough to give me a set to review plus a set to give away! (See GIVEAWAY instructions below).

I have to say, I was definitely not disappointed with the mascara set. Personally, I love wearing falsies when I go out at night but during the day, I can never be bothered to put them on. Ever since I got this mascara, it has become my secret weapon. I now have super long lashes without having to glue on falsies.

The 3D Fiber Lashes Mascara is all natural, it’s hypo-allergenic, never tested on animals, no fillers, paraben free, no preservatives and talc free. Who doesn’t love that?!

I took a “Before and After” photo to show you all the results. In the Before photo I am wearing Urban Decay’s Perversion mascara, in the After photo, I am wearing the 3D Fiber Lashes Mascara. For the After photo, I applied three coats on my top lashes and one coat on my bottom lashes. I have been wearing the Fiber Lashes Mascara every day, however for daytime, I usually wear just one coat.

1. First, I apply one coat of regular mascara, let dry. (This is optional, you can apply the 3D Fiber Lashes set on its own without regular mascara beforehand.)

2. Then, I apply an even coat of the Transplanting Gel to the lashes. (Tip: Apply to one eye at a time.)

3. Immediately after I apply the gel (don’t let it dry), I apply the Natural Fibers to my lashes.

4. Seal the Natural Fibers with another coat of Transplanting Gel.

Tip: If you want longer lashes, focus on applying the Natural Fibers from the middle of your lashes to your tips. Apply additional coats of the Natural Fibers until you reach your desired length. Make sure you seal with the Transplanting Gel each time.

Extra tip: The mascara washes off easily with makeup remover. I use jojoba oil to remove my makeup.

The 3D Fiber Lashes Mascara set runs for $29 USD/ $35 CAD/ $38 AUD/ £23 UK. They ship internationally. To shop the mascara set, visit

When looking for a mascara I usually am looking for one can can give me volume and just a little bit more of length, I have naturally curly hair so thats not a problem for me. I was really trying to look for a mascara that didn’t damage my lashes as much, when I saw the pictures of this mascara I wanted to get one. I don’t know who actually sells them in my area or how to get in contact personally with the seller. Do you know by any chance?

    • Hey Jhenniffer,

You WON my giveaway however when I contact you by email it keeps bouncing back to me. Can you please email me at so that I can reply to you with the giveaway winner instructions? xx

    • Hey Jhenniffer,

I replied to your email but I had to reply from my other business account, Net-Critical. I am having a problem sending emails to Hotmail accounts from my Vicky B. TV server. Check your junk or spam in case my reply goes there. :-)

While shopping for a mascara I look at the wand to see if the bristles are close enough to catch all my lashes. I look for fullness

    • I love fullness too. The bigger and ticker the lashes, the better.

  • I like mascara that is lengthening. I have much more sparse and shorter lashes than I used to. :( Waterproof is also a plus!
